Louisa Krause is an American actor from the United States. She's best known for playing Anna Garner on the TV series The Girl Experience. She performed her first movie role in Babysitters where she played Brenda Woodberg. Krause began her career in drama at college, prior to which, she was a part of numerous off-Broadway shows and New York based TV shows. Professionally, her father is of half-Japanese origin and her mother is American. Nathaniel is her older brother. He is younger than she is, works as a filmmaker. After studying at Washington School of Ballet and participating in plays, musicals and other performances by Henry Krieger and Bill Russell in high school she began to focus on her interest in the arts. The school she attended was the Carnegie Mellon Drama School after the high school. Krause made the decision to begin her acting career shortly after. Krause earned her Equity card through her performance in a musical production of Aida. Louisa Krause got her start at the theatre. Her debut came in 2006 at her company, the Huntington Theatre Company. She played Iphigenia In the production of Signature Theatre Company's Iphigenia 2 from 2007.
